Gentle Yoga- Gentle yoga class is designed for beginners. This class introduces the basic principles of alignment and technique, while slowly stretching, squeezing and contracting the body with proper breathing therefore this class is very good for all limbs of body and mind as well.

AshtangaYoga  –This class is designed for advance practitioners, this is an oneness class consists with proper body alignment and concentration on breathing which helps to detoxify the blood and enhance the blood circulation.

Hatha Yoga –This Yoga classes are based on the breath and ancient practices with attention to encourage proper alignment of the body and bring balance, strength, and calmness to the practitioner.

Yoga Flow – This class is designed for intermediate practitioners. A flow of sun salutation including bending and twisting along with proper breathing, which helps to eliminate the respiratory disorder and increase the strength the muscles.

Asana and Pranayama –Various postures and breathing techniques of Yoga to de-toxify, de-stress and boost your energy for good health and vitality.

Sun Series –In Yoga the Sun is represented by Pingala or Surya Nadi, the panic channel which carries the vital, life-giving force. This dynamic group of Asana is not regarded as being a traditional part of the Hatha Yoga practices as it was added to the original asana group at a later time. However, it is an effective way of loosening up, stretching, massaging and toning all the joints, muscles and internal organs of the body.

Yoga Nidra–Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique in which you learn to relax consciously and a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

TRATAKA (Candle meditation)- It is one of the most direct, simple and effective techniques for attaining concentration of mind. It relieves eye ailments such as eyestrain, headache, myopia and eyes become clear and bright in the paretic in depression, insomnia, allergy, anxiety and postural problems. Trataka unlock the inherent energy of the mind and channelize it in the dormant areas of consciousness.

NADANUSANDHANA (Sound Meditation) MEDITATION- The word “nada” means sound or flow of consciousness. Nada is the primal vibration, the divine, ever-present, creative sound. The word “anusandhana” means discovery or search. The discovery of sound vibration from gross to subtle, from external to internal, from psychic to causal and beyond.

DETOXIFICATION CLASSES:

There are three main group of cleansing techniques:

(1) Upper the neck to head (purifying the nasal passages)

(2) From stomach to throat (cleansing the stomach)

(3) From stomach to lower abdomen (cleansing of the intestines).

The above mentioned practices balance and purify the three doshas or humors in the body: mucus, bile and wind, imbalance of the humors (doshas) is in illness. Whereas cleansing practices removes toxins from the body, rejanuvate energy flow and also purifying the chakras (energy centre)
